The standard displayed price is based on a taxi for up to 4 passengers. Larger vehicles are available for groups of up to 9 people, and the price will be adjusted according to the vehicle selected during booking.
Due to high demand, a reservation fee is required to secure your booking.
Kyoto Daily Tours coordinates your itinerary, schedule, and sightseeing arrangements, but we do not directly collect payment for transportation services.
Taxi and transportation charges are paid directly to the driver or taxi provider.
Parking fees, highway tolls, and entrance fees for temples, gardens, and other attractions are not included in the tour price.
Tour availability is offered on a first-come, first-served basis, so early booking is recommended, especially during busy travel seasons. Your itinerary can still be discussed and adjusted after submitting your initial reservation request.

Pickup from your accommodation in Kyoto. Pickup from Kyoto Station can also be arranged for guests arriving from Osaka, Tokyo, or other cities.

Standard departure time is 9:00 AM. Other departure times may be available on request, subject to availability.

Duration

Choose between a 4-hour half-day tour or an 8-hour full-day tour. The tour may be extended up to approximately 10 hours, subject to availability and additional charges.

Transportation

Private taxi transportation with vehicle options available for groups of up to 9 people. Vehicle size and pricing depend on your group size.

Meals

Meals and drinks are not included. Your driver can help suggest suitable places to eat during the tour if needed.

Return

For an 8-hour tour starting at 9:00 AM, the tour normally finishes at approximately 5:00 PM. Drop-off is usually at your original departure point unless another location is agreed in advance.

Other expenses
